Delivery proof
A delivery is complete only with the buyer's code or in-app confirmation. Repeated incorrect codes are locked.
Verified earnings
Payout preparation and approval re-check that underlying deliveries are proven.
Two-person controls
Payouts, refunds, banking changes and rule sets require a second authorised person.
Audit trail
Financial and administrative changes are recorded with who, when and why.
Balanced ledger
Every amount moves between ledger accounts that must balance.
Separate organisations
Organisations see their own data; authorised oversight roles see their programmes.
Payment status. Live payment processing is not switched on. The platform is tested with a sandbox payment simulator that moves no money. Bank and payment-provider connections depend on each provider's technical and commercial onboarding.
